3:33⅓ - Erykah Badu - Window Seat

Had a headache this morning. Not a bad one, but I was distracted. And having consecutive snow days is a pain in the ass. I understand it, but I also understand it’s a pain in the ass. Shoveling, starting e-learning, walking the dogs, foolishly driving the wife’s CRV to get to another parents house to clock in some together time and then navigate these unplowed roads back. I swear to you that at 12:45 today SNELLING AVENUE in St. Paul wasn’t plowed all the way. Now listen, I assure you, that is wild. Snelling is a big ass important street but there is just so much snow.

Took some pain killer and came into work with a winning attitude. We are having all sorts of technical difficulties at work and hitting a good flow and getting things going today was a big question mark. But here I am listening to Erykah Badu feeling good about the world. Not sure what tonight holds, I want to blow off steam, but I also want to regain my energy. I also need to do my taxes before it’s April 14. But right now, Erykah Badu is working for me.
